加入我们 UMSL Optometry 校友 Weekend August 23-25, 2024.
The University of Missouri-St. 路易 College of Optometry promotes and provides improved eye and health care for people throughout the country by preparing the next generation of optometrists and vision researchers. Our faculty are experts in optometry and vision science and are committed to providing students with a rigorous and comprehensive education.
The College of Optometry is one of only 23 accredited optometry schools in the United States and is the only optometry school in the state of Missouri. We offer a four-year professional program leading to the Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree which is accredited by the Accreditation Council on Optometric Education (ACOE).
UMSL recently completed a months-long renovation of the second floor of the Patient Care Center, which will now serve as the main hub of clinical lab education for the College of Optometry. 大概是14,000-square-foot space features teaching labs and study and lounge spaces, and will serve more than 170 students in the program.
I can't imagine a more dedicated team of people committed to making the students’ success a priority and ensuring patients receive the best care.

The deeply caring faculty and staff, close-knit student body, and new Patient Care Center sealed the deal in my decision to attend UMSL for my optometric education.

I chose UMSL because of the family dynamic I saw during my interview. The faculty and staff were accommodating and welcoming which made me excited to come to school here.
约瑟芬C., Class of 2025
I made UMSL my home 2 different times, once as a student and as faculty. I am here as faculty because of the reasons I chose UMSL as student — IT IS a FAMILY! We care for each other, make sure that each other succeed, and give our support to one other in good and bad times.
